Online

- Search for specific templates or creators
- Navigate top categories
- Discover featured templates selected by Notion’s team
- When you find one you’d like to use, click

- Think about the needs of your campus community, fellow CL’s, or students in your desired career field
- Unique: Go beyond a basic document and maximize Notion’s features
- Scalable: Is it made for individual use, small teams, large teams?
- Consider the template’s use over time

Create your Template Link
- Click
Share
on the top right of your template’s page
- Select the Publish tab
- Click on
Publish
- Turn on the Allow duplicate as template toggle
- Share the your free template URL with others!
Submit to the Template Gallery
- Visit notion.so/submit-a-template to create your Creator Profile
- To submit your template, you need your:
- Public Template Link
- Template Name
- Template Description
- Note: For all first time CL creators, include “CL24” in your description so the Templates team can add a “Campus Leader” badge to your creator profile!

💡 Step 4: Share
Sharing with CLs on Circle
- Request feedback from fellow CLs to find ways you can make improvements if needed
- Include pictures and/or instructions to help others make the most of your template
Crafting a social media post
- On X: List your template’s key features, include one or more pictures, and share your link at the end
- On Instagram: Create a reel or slides post to visually attract people to check out your template. Also include the link in your account bio
- On YouTube: Add the template link in your video description and share your screen to give viewers a guided tour of your template
