Add Your Application Details
- Navigate to the Applications Database section or stay on the homepage
- Click + New Page to add a new application entry to the database
- Fill in the required details:
- Enter the Company Name
- Select a Position (e.g., Software Engineer, Backend Developer) or create a new one
- Set the Status to "To Apply" or "Applied" as appropriate
- Add the application Deadline
- Choose the Platform (e.g., LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed) or create a new one if not listed
- Set the result to Awaiting
- Select the Applied On date
- Select the location of the co-op (remote, hybrid, in-person)
- Type the city of the co-op location if in-person
Track Your Progress
- The analytics graphs will automatically update to reflect your data once you populate the applications database
- Use the checklist on the homepage to track your progress by marking off completed tasks
- Set reminders and add more pages as needed to customize your tracking experience further
Quick Access to Documents
- Upload and store your résumé, CV, transcript, and portfolio files in the top left section of the homepage for quick access
- Click the file name to open or download the document when needed
- Replace the files whenever you update them
Update Application Results
- After submitting applications, update the status (e.g., "Awaiting," "Rejected," or "Selected")
- View an overview of your results in a clear, organized graph in the Result Analytics section
Customize the Template
- Add extra fields in the Applications Database to tailor the template to yourco-op search needs
- Update the Application FAQs section with your own frequently asked questions or useful links about the application process
Stay Motivated
- Use the Quote Generator by clicking the "Generate a Quote" button for daily motivational quotes to keep you focused and positive during your co-op search
