This update has been a long awaited one, and we know that students in particular have been incredibly excited for calendar integration.
From the combination of google calendars all in one app to sending availability links, Notion Calendar has a variety of features that we as students will be using on a daily basis to make time at school just a ✨ tad bit easier.

I’m so grateful to close out our fall semester stronger than ever here at Notion UIUC, thanks to all of our excellent, hard-working CL’s and our wonderful Notion community! Here are some highlights:
Notion Welcome Night
We kicked off the semester with our first event, Notion Welcome Night, on October 12.
Notion Open Office
Our drop-in Open Office hours were a chill, laid-back opportunity to study, build new spreads, and hang out with other members of the Notion community.
Notion x Founders Portfolio Workshop
We partnered with Founders, an entrepreneurship organization on campus, to help build portfolios showcasing every project team’s progress over the semester.
Hey everyone! The CLs at Notion UIUC held our first spring semester event around Valentine’s Day, New Year, New Notion: Valentines Edition, and it was so successful! We worked with one of our favorite local coffee shops, Brewlab, and now have them as our coffee haus for future events :) This event we wanted to focus on goals, affirmations, and appreciative energy for the new year. We had our attendees join our member database to share a little bit with each other, write resolutions, call out their yucks and yums for 2024, and send love notes (Inspired by ‘s beautiful Love Notes board) ! This event was crazy for us, and like said it felt like we were living in a memory <3
Madison and Ridhi built a sample portfolio while UX Day attendees follow along!
The CLs at Notion UIUC had the fortunate opportunity to host a Portfolio Workshop at UX day this past weekend! We had a diverse set of attendees with students who haven’t used Notion before to those who were there to brush up their portfolios. Attendees also came from a wide array of fields like psychology, technology management, and computer science, emphasizing that a portfolio can benefit anyone. In order to learn what the key components that a portfolio should have, we did a few interactive activities where attendees were able to dissect existing portfolios and brainstorm ideas. Next, attendees began building out their very own portfolio with a walkthrough. Using Notion’s large array of blocks, attendees were able to choose how they’d like to present their projects. The workshop finished off with resources to build a custom domain and officially launch a Notion portfolio site. It was so exciting to see new Notion users and attendees walking away with something that they can build off of! Portfolios can be so important in presenting yourself to the corporate world and Notion is a fantastic tool to help anyone do that <3

From there, navigate to the toolbar in the top right of the site page. After clicking Edit, you will be prompted to log in through your Notion Account.
